As long as following the serious part of swimming for weight loss you do some fun stuff, it will always be something you’ll look forward to doing. Going to the pool three or more times a week is perfect to build up your stamina and strength and something that will ensure your health and fitness is greatly enhanced for as long as you enjoy doing it.

Starving yourself, would only make you hungry! Once you’re hungry, you eat a lot, double of your usual food intake. So, how can you lose weight that way? You’ll only get bigger! The best way to do it, is eat regular meals, 3 times a day, in small portions. Meaning, if you’re usual bread consumption per meal is 3-4 slices, you can reduce that to 1 slice per meal.
• Go Natural
You can never go wrong with eating lots of fruits and vegetables! It is not only healthy, but it is also a great way to lose weight. They are also rich in dietary fiber, making you feel full, thus eat less.
• Water Please
As a rule of thumb, you have to drink 6-8 glasses a day. I find this a very helpful tip. Since I increased my water intake, I feel full all the time, so I don’t have the urge to stuff my face, every 10-15 minutes! Not only that, water therapy is a great way for cleansing and staying healthy!
• Exercise
Another way to lose weight fast is to exercise. You don’t need to go to them and sweat your heart out! Taking long walks or doing some simple calisthenics at home can suffice. Regular exercise will not only shed some fats off your body, but it is also a good exercise for your heart.
• Keep an Open Mind
Be positive about your weight loss plans! Believe that you can do it. Once you feel good about keeping fit and healthy, your enthusiasm will give you the extra energy and will power to stand the hunger pangs in between meals, as well as the tiredness you will feel during your long walks.
